The Agency Administrator, Kesha J. Harmon has been with the Crown Heights Service Center for 15 years and has spearheaded the Agency for 9 years. She is the oversight person for Contracts to ensure compliance, and the Agency’s chief liaison to Elected and Appointed officials, while representing the Agency with Community Organizations and cultivating Partnerships.
